I have been adding a nice, tart green apple into my smoothies and pouring over cereal/granola/oatmeal for breakfast. It works for me!
Not really a recipe, but there you go. Put an apple in your smoothie, if you don't feel like eating one, drink it slowly, and maybe have it warm?
