I am obsessed with tahini! I eat it almost everyday. That's it. I have found a company that a lot of chefs like, they are called Soom- https://www.soomfoods.com. I usually order from Amazon, but just found out they sell at Bi-Rite in SF. Not sure about the price difference yet. It is a pourable tahini even after refrigerating. I've taste tested and do like the organic over the conventional. It's not an unhulled sesame seed tahini. Leaving the hull on provides more calcium, but is more bitter. I guess if I put it on kale leaves I'll get my calcium that way. kale tahini caesar- oh ya! 1 bunch of dino kale- stripped from stalk and ripped into bites. tahini caesar dressing recipe massage kale for a few minutes add caesar dressing and massage a little more top with seeds of your choice, toasted pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, or vegan parm or whatever you want, you're the boss
